Collection on site

On-site collection can be made directly at the headquarters of the G.B.Blanchet s.r.l. company. of Cesana Torinese and in no other company headquarters, by making a telephone appointment at the scheduled times and days. We only accept CASH or ATM cards (no checks or credit cards).

Collection by courier

Collection by courier takes place on behalf of the end customer. The package containing the purchased goods will be delivered to the courier within 24 hours following the order, on working days and subject to confirmation of availability by the warehouse. The couriers will then deliver to every area of Italy within 48 hours.

Can I collect it from the courier?

Yes, simply write "deposit hold" in the notes field of the order or directly in the address field.

Can I check the goods before collecting them?

The courier is not required to have the goods checked, so we recommend that you always sign with the words "withdrawal with reserve", this will allow you to open a dispute with the courier in the event of material damaged during transport.
